All aboard the baby tree! A year-round quadrupel brewed with dried plums. Batch 3 is out in stores now. Baby Tree is a Belgian-inspired beer, also inspired by springtime, lambs, Yorkshire and babies-in-trees...
This Yorkshire-inspired beer is a big malty brown ale fermented in open squares with Yorkshire malts and eclectic yeast strains. This is another of our year-round offerings.
Our Winter seasonal, Babayaga is an export stout fermented by battling Belgian and English yeast strains combined with smoke and firewood.
